Blue Legacy

Blue Legacy is an initiative started in 2008 by Alexandra Cousteau to engage individuals around the world through telling the story of our water planet. Blue Legacy works to to help shape society’s dialogue to include water as one of the defining issues of our century and to inspire people to take action on critical water issues in meaningful ways.

CarbonFreeDC

CarbonfreeDC is a grassroots initiative dedicated to mobilizing DC area residents on one goal: dramatically reducing local carbon emissions. This is accomplished by bringing together individuals, businesses, organizations and local government to learn about local opportunities to reduce carbon emissions, increase the adoption of renewable energy in the DC area, cultivate volunteer-lead sustainable office initiatives, and galvanize citizens to share knowledge and resources to achieve our goals.

EarthEcho International

EarthEcho International is a nonprofit founded in 2000 by siblings Philippe and Alexandra Cousteau in honor of their father Philippe Cousteau Sr., famous son of the legendary explorer Jacques Yves Cousteau. EarthEcho International's mission is to empower youth to take action that restores and protects our water planet.
